Terms of Service

Last updated: March 11, 2026

This document governs use of both the Revornix open-source edition and the official cloud edition. If you use source code, SDKs, browser extensions, or other software components released under separate open-source licenses, those licenses continue to apply to the relevant code and components. If there is a conflict, the applicable open-source license controls for that software.

1. Scope

Welcome to Revornix. Revornix is an AI-agent-centered platform for information capture, parsing, knowledge graph generation, summarization, notifications, sharing, and collaboration, with support for web pages, files, APIs, extensions, MCP, third-party models, and custom storage.

These Terms apply to:

  • The Revornix open-source edition: any version you download, deploy, modify, distribute, or operate yourself;
  • The Revornix official cloud edition: any hosted services, domains, subdomains, clients, APIs, or related environments operated by Qingyong Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated operating entities through official channels.

By accessing, downloading, deploying, registering for, logging into, purchasing, calling, or otherwise using Revornix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related product rules made available on the service.

2. Editions and responsibility boundaries

ItemOpen-source editionOfficial cloud edition
Service natureWe provide open-source software and documentationWe provide a hosted platform, account system, subscription plans, and related online services
Data controlControlled by the deployer, operator, or end userHosted and processed by us as part of the official cloud service
Third-party models / servicesConfigured by you at your own cost and riskMay be configured by you, or available in limited amounts through official model access depending on your plan
Operational responsibilitySelf-hosters are responsible for security, backups, compliance, and downstream user termsWe operate the official cloud platform, but you remain responsible for your own account, content, sharing, and usage behavior

If you deploy, distribute, resell, operate, or customize the open-source edition for others, you are responsible for your own terms, privacy notices, account protections, backup policies, notification rules, and legal compliance for your end users. Unless separately agreed in writing, we are not a party to your downstream user relationship.

3. Accounts, eligibility, and security

You must have legal capacity to enter into and perform these Terms. If you use Revornix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

For the official cloud edition, you may register, log in, or bind your account using email, mobile number, or supported third-party identity providers such as WeChat, Google, or GitHub, depending on what is actually offered on the product. You must:

  • Provide true, accurate, complete, and current registration information;
  • Keep your account, password, API keys, access tokens, notification credentials, MCP credentials, and other authentication materials secure;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, API keys, or integration credentials;
  • Notify us promptly and take reasonable mitigation steps if you discover credential leakage, unauthorized access, abnormal calls, or account compromise.

We may restrict, freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts, API keys, model quotas, integrations, notification capabilities, or service access where required for security, compliance, risk control, resource protection, or enforcement of these Terms.

4. User content and processing authorization

“User Content” includes any links, files, text, images, audio, sections, labels, comments, knowledge graphs, notification settings, or other materials that you upload, paste, capture, sync, generate, share, publish, or connect through APIs, MCP, or extensions.

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your User Content, but you represent and warrant that:

  • You have all rights, permissions, and authorizations needed for the relevant content, files, accounts, external services, and credentials;
  • Your use of Revornix to store, parse, vectorize, graph, synthesize, notify, share, publish, or otherwise process that content does not infringe the rights of others;
  • You will not use Revornix to store, process, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content.

To provide the service, you grant us and the third-party service providers you choose a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, and necessary license to host, copy, transmit, parse, transform, summarize, vectorize, graph, index, cache, synthesize audio from, display, share, notify on, and otherwise process your User Content as needed to operate Revornix.

If you make any section or content public, shared, subscribable, or externally published, you understand that:

  • Invited users, subscribers, or the public may access the relevant content;
  • Public pages may be indexed, cached, or redistributed by search engines and other third parties;
  • Even if you later revoke public access, copies previously saved, reposted, or cached by others may remain available.

5. AI features, model usage, and third-party integrations

Revornix supports document parsing, AI summarization, knowledge graphs, podcast generation, trending-topic aggregation, automatic notifications, MCP client and server capabilities, third-party APIs, and custom model configurations.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, bias, outdated information, or other defects, and should not be treated as professional advice, factual guarantees, or the sole basis for decisions;
  • If you enable auto-summary, auto-tagging, auto-podcast, auto-illustration, auto-publish, auto-notification, or similar automation, the system may process content automatically and may overwrite or replace information you previously entered;
  • If you connect third-party models, MCP servers, object storage, notification channels, email services, Apple APIs, Telegram, Feishu, DingTalk, payment services, or other third-party tools, relevant data may be transmitted to those third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy policies;
  • For any model, engine, API, bot, webhook, storage service, or external capability you configure yourself, the relevant third party is responsible for availability, stability, billing, moderation, data handling, and output quality.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, copyrightability, commercial usability, or continued availability of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use, publish, distribute, rely on, or build on those outputs.

6. Collaboration, community, public sharing, and monetization

Revornix supports section sharing, multi-user collaboration, public publishing, subscriptions, comments, follows, and community profile pages. When using these features, you must:

  • Grant access only to people you are authorized to share with, and accept the risks created by your invitations, permissions, and collaborative workflows;
  • Not use public sharing, comments, follows, subscriptions, on-platform search, or recommendation features for harassment, fake traffic, scams, funneling, scraping, credential attacks, phishing, or other abuse;
  • Not publish unlawful, infringing, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, or confidential content, including content that violates privacy or trade secret rights;
  • Not impersonate Revornix, another person, or an organization without authorization.

If the official cloud edition launches paid sections, knowledge monetization, or other revenue-sharing features, the applicable service fees, settlement cycles, payout thresholds, taxes, refunds, and dispute rules will be described in the product pages, public notices, or supplemental agreements in effect at that time. Based on the current public documentation, the platform may charge a service fee if paid sections are enabled; the currently disclosed ratio is 10%, but the final live rule will control.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Revornix or related services to:

  • Violate applicable law, regulation, platform rules, or these Terms;
  • Access, scan, interfere with, attack, reverse engineer, crack, bypass, probe, or damage any system, API, authentication flow, billing system, risk-control rule, or quota limit without authorization;
  • Scrape in bulk, abuse resources, mine, pressure-test, spam APIs, exhaust model quotas, resell accounts, share accounts inappropriately, trade API keys, or evade fees;
  • Process personal data, trade secrets, copyrighted material, or other restricted information that you are not authorized to process;
  • Generate, distribute, or assist with unlawful content, spam, disinformation, malware, attack code, fraud scripts, or other harmful outputs;
  • Use MCP, APIs, extensions, notifications, or third-party integrations to amplify or automate any of the above.

If we reasonably believe your behavior presents risk or has caused harm, we may immediately take protective action, including removing content, disabling public links, stopping tasks, limiting model use, disabling APIs, freezing payouts, suspending service, or reporting the matter where legally required.

8. Subscriptions, fees, quotas, and APIs

For the official cloud edition, pricing, plan scope, model quotas, API call limits, document counts, collaboration limits, currencies, and payment methods are controlled by the relevant purchase page, pricing page, checkout page, or separate agreement.

Unless otherwise required by law, separately agreed in writing, or clearly stated on the product page:

  • Paid services are generally prepaid for the relevant subscription period;
  • Prices may differ by currency or region because of server, model, and operating costs, and the actual checkout amount controls;
  • If you buy a new plan that matches your current plan, the service term is generally extended in sequence;
  • If you buy a new plan that differs from your current plan, the new plan may take effect immediately and any remaining term on the original plan will be handled under the rules shown on the product page;
  • Downgrading directly from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan may not be supported at this time;
  • Consumed model usage, API calls, storage, and third-party resource charges are generally non-refundable, unless required otherwise by law.

For APIs, MCP, and automation features:

  • You must use API keys, request headers, permissions, and rate expectations as described in the documentation;
  • We may set or adjust rate limits, concurrency limits, storage caps, model quotas, file-size limits, and feature allowlists to maintain security and stability;
  • You may not use our APIs, MCP server endpoints, shared links, or official model integrations for unauthorized third-party hosting, resale, or mirror services without our prior written consent.

9. Service changes, interruptions, and termination

Revornix is still evolving, and some features may be experimental, gradually released, limited in availability, or later changed. We may add, modify, interrupt, or discontinue features, APIs, plans, domains, model support, notification channels, sharing rules, or documentation based on product evolution, security fixes, compliance needs, cost control, or third-party dependency changes.

You understand and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent feature continuity;
  • Changes, outages, throttling, suspensions, or policy changes by model providers, notification vendors, login providers, storage vendors, payment providers, or other third parties may affect your use of Revornix;
  • You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files, transformed outputs, settings, sections, and other important data, especially in testing phases and self-hosted deployments.

You may stop using Revornix at any time. We may also suspend, limit, or terminate all or part of the service with reasonable notice, or immediately where circumstances require urgent action.

10. Intellectual property

Revornix software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, designs, code organization, and related materials are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or create a substantially substitutive product based on them.

For the open-source edition, any use, modification, or distribution of repository code, examples, or components must also comply with the relevant open-source licenses and copyright notices.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Revornix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  • We disclaim all express and implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, stability, accuracy, continuity, or achievement of any result;
  • We are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Revornix, your reliance on AI outputs, content deletion, third-party failures, credential leakage, configuration errors, search-engine indexing, shared-link redistribution, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or other indirect damages;
  • For the open-source edition, you assume all risk for deployment, modification, operations, security, backup, compliance, and external commercialization;
  • For the official cloud edition, if we are legally required to compensate you based on breach, tort, or another statutory ground, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability will be capped at the amount you actually paid us for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid nothing, that cap is zero, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This cap applies only after liability has been established and does not constitute any admission that we are automatically, presumptively, or unconditionally liable.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Updates, governing law, and contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect business changes, product updates, or regulatory requirements. Updated versions will be posted on the official site or relevant service page and become effective on the date stated there or upon publication. If you continue to use Revornix after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Revornix service should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If that fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in the location of the service provider.
